Return Policy

We welcome returns. If you would like a store credit your item must be returned within 30 days. If you prefer a refund items must be returned within 5 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:

- Face Masks
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Store Credit/Refund (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
If you requested a store credit and it is approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

If you requested a refund (within 5 business days of receipt of items) and it is approved a refund will be sent to the original form of payment within 10 business days. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
