Thank you for your purchase!
Please allow up to five (5) business days for items to ship, unless otherwise specified. See product descriptions for any anticipated delays. If selecting local pick up, orders need to be picked up within 14 days. Local pick up orders older than 14 days are considered abandoned and will be donated.
Ensure that shipping address is 100% accurate before checking out. We can only ship to the address that you provide at checkout. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.
Damaged items should be reported within four (4) business days. You can email a photo of your damaged item, along with your order number, to info@austinandpark.com
We do NOT accept returns for refunds, but will happily accept return for store credit (see exceptions below) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at info@austinandpark.com for instructions on how to return your order. Items must be postmarked within the return timeframe and must be in new condition (tags still attached). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once items are received, please allow up to five (5) business days for your store credit to be issued. Store credit will include original shipping costs paid.
The following items are NOT eligible to be returned: sale items, earrings, clothing with missing tags or that have been worn.
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory.
